A working draft of how the studio handles orders. Should be reviewed by a Malta-qualified lawyer before commercial launch.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are reviewed each evening and sent within 24 hours. Once a quote is approved and any deposit has been received, the order enters production. Lead times are estimates based on current studio queue and the chosen material; we update you if anything shifts.
Designs and licensing
Shop items are printed from open-source designs published on maker communities, and each product page credits the original designer and respects the model's license. When you upload your own STL, you confirm that you have the right to print it for personal use.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Euro and quoted before printing starts. Payment terms are stated on the quote — usually a deposit on approval and the balance on pickup or delivery. Invoices comply with Maltese VAT rules.
Pickup and delivery
Local pickup in Malta is free. Delivery is arranged on request and the courier rate is added to the quote. Risk passes to you on pickup or on courier handover.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any order before printing begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once printing has started we cannot refund the material and time already used; we do reserve a fairness clause for genuine quality issues — flag any defect on pickup and we will fix or refund.
Personalized prints
Personalized items (custom names, logos, your own files) are made to order and cannot be returned for taste reasons. We will of course replace any personalization mistake we make on our side.
Liability
Prints are produced to the agreed dimensions and material on the quote. We do not guarantee suitability for safety-critical uses (load-bearing parts, food contact at high temperature, medical devices). Use printed objects within their declared purpose.
